Aaron James Palmer

April 4, 1995 — May 20, 2022

Our precious son, brother, and friend, Aaron James Palmer passed away on May 20, 2022. Aaron was born on April 4, 1995, in Bountiful Utah to Roy and Sue Palmer. He was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for his parents and teenage siblings! He became an uncle at age five and was always beloved by his many nieces and nephews. Aaron grew up in North Salt Lake and attended Davis County Schools. He graduated from Woods Cross High School in 2013. While there he excelled in the arts and performed with the Madrigals and Concert Choir. From the moment he could hold a pencil in his hand, it was clear that Aaron had a talent for writing. Through his stories, his vivid imagination was brought to life, bringing laughter and joy to his family and friends. Another gift he shared freely was his musical talent; in addition to a beautiful singing voice, he was skilled with the guitar. Aaron will be remembered as a dedicated and loyal friend.

Aaron is survived by his parents Roy and Sue Palmer, his siblings: Amy Shirts (Drew), Chris Thredgold (Megan), Shawn Thredgold (Tegan), Michelle Peterson (Brett), Gloria Anderson, Misty Beaver, and many nieces and nephews. His dear friend Maddie and their sweet little dog, Meadow, were the light of his life.

A viewing will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 9:00-10:30 a.m., and will be followed by a funeral at 11:00 a.m. Both will be held at the Orchard 11th Ward Building, 155 Coventry Lane, North Salt Lake, Utah. Interment will be held at the Bountiful Utah City Cemetery.

The family is grateful for your prayers, love, and generous support. In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe account has been established for helping the family with the costs of the funeral. gofundme.com/f/aaron-james-palmer-funeral
