Alice Michelle Bertola was born exactly on her due date of August 11th, 2016 and passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 5th, 2017. Alice was the sweetest little girl. She laughed and smiled so often and so early. She brought great joy to everyone around her. She slept very well from the beginning, and was just getting good at rolling over and grabbing her Mom and Dad’s faces when they played. She would snuggle so well while she and her Mom and Dad watched BYU games and Gilmore Girls as a family. She loved to play with her orange ball, play mat, grab her crunchy toy, and kick the keyboard to make music. She could often be heard singing in her crib in the mornings and at night after she had been put to bed. She loved to sing songs with her mom and would coo back when people talked to her. She was so good in the car and never made a peep the first few months of her life as she would ride and listen to Hamilton. She was the happiest little baby. She was so bright-eyed; always soaking up the world around her. She was truly a Celestial spirit. Her parents loved her so fiercely, and will miss her every second. They look forward to the day they will be reunited with her in both body and spirit and know that it is only through Jesus Christ that they will live again, she will live again, and they will be able to hold her close and raise their sweet daughter.
