Alice Pearson Allred, 95, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving daughter and family on June 2, 2012 from causes incident to age.
Alice was born March 23, 1917 in Rexburg, Idaho to John and Margaret Pearson. She married John Allred May 6, 1952.
Alice had a great love for people and was always engaged in helping or making something for someone. She worked at Beehive Clothing for 38 years. Alice made beautiful temple aprons and has done so for 60 years. She loved to quilt, crochet and travel.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Allred Walker, and son Lee Albert Allred; 5 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, John Allred who died in 1976; and her parents, sisters, Vera Goodliffe, Melba Petersen, and Cora Hemming; brothers, Lorin Pearson, Theo Pearson, Howard Pearson, Lee Pearson and Wayne Pearson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 11, 2012 at the Orchard 10th Ward, 3317 South 800 West, Bountiful. A viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Monday morning 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
