Alroy LeGrand Flack, our loving father and patriarch, passed away on June 27, 2006 in Bountiful, Utah. LeGrand was born October 3, 1920 in Alpine, Utah to Alroy Mortimer Flack and Annie Jeune Carlisle. He served in the North Central States Mission and then served in the US Navy during WWII. On January 7, 1946 he married Dora Dutson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. In 1949 he graduated from BYU, was employed by Enoch Smith Sons Co. until 1962, then went to work in the LDS Church Building Dept, and later with the Operations and Maintenance Dept until his retirement in 1985. Throughout his life he served faithfully in a multitude of Ward and Stake callings. He and his wife served in the Book of Mormon Mission in Salt Lake. He served as a volunteer in the Church Museum for many years. He is survived by his loving wife, Dora; and children, Lane Judy; Kent Sherry; Marlane Smith Alan; Karen Hall Ron, Marie Hardle and daughter-in-law, Annette; 30 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was recently preceded in death by his son Marc Douglas. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 30, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bountiful 24th Ward Chapel, 720 East 550 North. Friends and family may call Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Friday morning from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
