Alvin Bloomenfield Buby, Jr. of Hemet, California, passed away October 6, 2013 at 5:50 a.m. in Clearfield, Utah at the age of 83 of natural causes. He was born to the late Alvin Bloomenfield Buby and Violet Eleanor Buby in National City, California, December 26, 1929. He served in the Marine Corps, was a veteran of the Korean War and graduated from Pomona College. Alvin coached football and baseball, taught math and was a real estate investor and salesman. He is survived by his three daughters Teresa Brown and her husband Sheldon Brown of Layton, Utah; Linda Zuniga and her husband Axel Zuniga of Hemet; Jean Garde of Hemet; and his Brother Randy Buby of Ankeny, Iowa. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He will be buried in Bluffdale, Utah. Funeral Services will be at Russon Brothers Mortuary in Farmington, Utah on Wednesday Oct. 9 at 11:00 a.m. Viewings will be Tuesday from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m.
