Our sweet mother and Grandmother Ann Avilda Street, 85, passed away peacefully in Clearfield, Utah on December 29, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 6, 1931 in Pocatello, Idaho to Elmer B Story and Sophronia Avilda Cook. She was a graduate of Lehi High School. She married Thomas Ronald Proctor in the Salt Lake Temple she had 6 children with Thomas and later divorced. She married Russel D Street who later passed away. Ann was a horse lover and a rodeo queen. She loved to farm and loved raising her 6 children while working and enjoying rodeos and continuing her passion for horses. She loved and belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter – day Saints.
She is survived by three of her children: Rodney Proctor (Olivia), Thomas Proctor (Kelli) and Glade Proctor (Vickie), 22 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Russel D Street, her three daughters, Jeanine, Julie, Carol and her parents.
The family would like to express appreciation to the wonderful caregivers at Chancellor Gardens of Clearfield, to the nurses and caregivers from Comfort Worx Hospice and also to her daughter in law (Vickie Proctor) for all the love and care to our beloved Ann, who made it easier on our family to know she was well cared for, especially in the last week of her life. She was grateful to each of you and all you did for her. Interment will be held later in spring.
