Anna Christine Cazier, 45, of Farmington, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, after battling debilitating illnesses for many years.
She was born March 29, 1974, in Burley, Idaho, to John Robert and Sherryl Lynn Cazier. She began life full speed ahead, running through the house and swinging on the drapes, Tarzan style, at age six months. Christine loved cats and had many throughout her life. Her kitties could always bring a smile to her face. She is likely surrounded by dozens of them now in heaven.
She especially loved dressing her brothers up as girls when they all were children, because she didn’t have sisters. She loved teasing them, but most of all she loved each of them. Christine was a vivacious child who could talk her brothers into doing almost anything. She also enjoyed caving with them and was fearless. Christine had a great love for reading and dancing, especially ballroom dance. She also was very gifted at poetry and making jewelry. Her enthusiasm for life was contagious. Her biggest joys were found in serving others. She changed many lives through her unconditional love! She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
Christine lived most of her childhood in Boise, Idaho, until her family moved to Utah in 1990. She graduated from Davis High School in Kaysville in 1992. She attended Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah. She had a variety of sales jobs but worked mostly as a server for various restaurants. She loved hanging out with her cousins, as well as many friends, and was always the life of the party.
Christine was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and she loved her Savior.
She is survived by her maternal grandmother, Verla Starkey, of Kaysville; her parents, John Robert and Sherryl Lynn Cazier, of Kaysville; and three brothers: John Eric Cazier (Sharon), James Ryan Cazier (Amy) of Clearfield, Utah, and Andrew Brett Cazier (Liss) of Kaysville, as well as nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at Russon Brothers’ Mortuary, 1941 N. Main in Farmington. Funeral services will be at the Crestwood chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1039 Crestwood Road, Kaysville, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22. A viewing will be held at the church Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Kaysville Cemetery.
