Our Heavenly Father has called our Mom (Mutti), Grandmother (Oma) and Great-Grandmother home. She departed this earth on Sunday December 8, 2013 to be united with her parents and 3 brothers Ariel, Josua and Peter.
Asnath was born in Nuernberg, Germany October 16, 1935, to Hans-Albert and Frieda Burkhardt Frenzel. In 1954, Asnath, alone and at the age of 19, left Germany and came to the USA. She completed her German schooling and furthered her education by graduating from Los Angeles High School. On July 21, 1960 she was married in the Swiss Temple. She then settled and lived most of her life in Centerville Utah, where she was blessed with 11 children that were her Love and Life. During her life she enjoyed many hours of reading books, working in her garden, growing and harvesting herbs, entering produce, chickens and other items in County and State Fairs where, over the span of 40 years, she won dozens of awards.
She also loved to travel and visited many countries worldwide. While in those countries she would often visit LDS Temples. In the last 20 years she spent many, many hours doing genealogy. She produced over 30,000 names for Family Tree and the LDS Church.
She is survived by 8 sons, 3 daughters, 23 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild, 2 brothers Zenos (Renate), Eugene and a sister-in-law Anna Frenzel.
