Audrey Jordan

Bountiful. Audrey Mary Pope Jordan, 99, passed away January 9, 2004 in Bountiful, Utah. Audrey was born September 11, 1904 to Louis Richard Pope and Effie May Stoddard Pope in Springvalley, Wyoming. She married James Owen Jordan April 25, 1925 in Salt Lake City, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Audrey was an active member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in leadership positions in the Primary and Relief Society and with her husband in the Salt Lake and Provo Temples. She is survived by her children Richard O. Una Jean Jordan, Bonnie J. Robert Farr, Gerald S. Margaret Jordan and L. Perry Carolyn Jordan; 17 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren, and a sister Lillie May Brown. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers: Louis, Garland, Darwin, Laron, and two sisters: Essie and Edna. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Val Verda Stake Center, 2651 S. 500 W. Bountiful. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, UT, or Wednesday, January 14, 2004 from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at the Draper City Cemetery.
