Austin Larsen

February 26, 1997 — June 3, 2014

On June 3, 2014 Austin’s life was tragically taken in an automobile accident. He was on his way to East Canyon Resort for his summer job.

Austin was born Feb. 26, 1997 in Ogden, UT. Austin was the oldest of two sons of the proud parents Jeff and Melissa Leonard Larsen. He was excited to start his senior year at Viewmont High School and DATC in the small engine repair program.

In his short 17 years Austin lived life to the fullest. He brought happiness to all those around him. Anytime he walked in a room he greeted you with a hug and a smile. Austin was the first to drop anything he was doing and help anyone in need.

Austin was happiest when he was with his family and friend enjoying everything he could in the outdoors. He also enjoyed Mixed Martial Arts and is a Green Belt. He also enjoyed strumming the guitar with friends.

Austin is survived by his parents Jeff and Melissa, his brother and best pal Tallin “T.J.” Larsen, grandparents Phil and Linda Leonard, Farmington and John and Claudia Matthews, St. George.
He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family, too many to count.
He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Skip and his special dog “Yorkie”.

The family would like to extend thanks to all that knew and loved Austin especially the “CREW!”

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Farmington North Stake Center, 729 W. Shepard Ln. Family and friends may call Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 1941 N. Main St., Farmington and Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church prior to services.
