Barbara Lynne Ipsen

Heaven got one up on earth today. Lynne Ipsen, our loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and dear friend passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on November 24, 2017.

Lynne was born on February 17, 1933 in Eugene Oregon, to David Wilde Haddow and Ruth Archer Haddow. She married Gerald Clark Ipsen on June 15, 1955 in the Salt Lake City temple.

Lynne graduated from West High School and went on to study English at the University of Utah.

Lynne is survived by her loving husband Jerry, son Scott and Jamie Ipsen, 3 wonderful grandchildren Ryker, Jarren “JJ” and Sayler a long with many wonderful friends.

Lynne blessed the lives of everyone she came into contact with. She was very loving, positive, and willing to always serve others before herself. She will be truly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Friday December 1st at 11:00 am at the Bountiful Hills LDS Church located at 1190 East Bountiful Hills Drive, Bountiful, Utah. A viewing will be held on Thursday November 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main St., Bountiful, Utah, and Friday from 9:45-10:45 am at the church prior to the service.
