Becky Mae Winters

Bountiful, UT – Becky Mae Winters, age 67, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at her home in Bountiful. She was born January 17, 1957, to William "Bill" and Peggy Rose.

She married the love of her life, Russell Winters, on February 1, 1974, and graduated early from South High School the same year. She worked at the Salt Lake Housing Authority as an H.A.M.E. Supervisor for 28 years, helping to fill the city’s growing needs. Becky retired in 2022 and was happy to help anyone who needed it.

Many people looked up to her for her rock solid presence and willingness to lend a helping hand. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and helping with all their needs.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Winters; her 3 brothers: Bill, Dennis, and Tim Rose; her 2 daughters: Angela (Kelly) Hardman and Samantha Winters; 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to Becky's memorial service at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Russon Mortuary & Crematory, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, Utah. A viewing will be held from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary before the service.
