Bernice Irene Berry, 88, of Country Care, Farmington, Utah, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on March 1, 2013. She was born February 11, 1925 near Senatobia, Mississippi, daughter of the late Emma Alice Carlisle and Joseph Alberta Campbell. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Zenas Newton Berry, sister, Laura Mae McCullough and brother, John Thomas Campbell. She is survived by four sisters; Imogene Holly, Pauline Crane, Peggy Morgan and Kathleen Thompson. She worked at Christian Brother Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri as a nurse’s aid for 25 years. She was a wonderful homemaker and excellent seamstress. She enjoyed very much embroidering and reading. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She served in the Primary and Relief Society Organizations. She loved going to the temple. She had a beautiful radiant smile and was loved by many. Bernice is survived by seven children: Jean Mauro of Mechanicsburg, PA, Nancy Musgrove and Barbara Rees both of Nashville, TN, Janet Hoffman of Syracuse, Utah, Joseph Berry of Florissant, Missouri, Tammy Bentley of Farmington, Utah and Robert Berry of Atlanta, GA. She also is survived by 21 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. She holds a warm spot and fond memories in all their hearts. Join us to help celebrate Bernice’s life beginning with a viewing on Thursday evening, March 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. and a funeral on Friday, March 8 at 1:00 p.m. with a viewing from 11:30 12:30 p.m. in the Russon Brothers Funeral Home, 1941 North Main, Farmington, UT. Burial will be at the Farmington City Cemetery, 200 East 500 South, Farmington, UT.
