Bethel Moss Bull, 84, of Kaysville, UT, passed away peacefully December 20, 2011. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah on January 20, 1927 to Fredrick Lorenzo and Mary Leona Winnifred Olsen Moss, the thirteenth of fourteen children. She grew up in Mt. Pleasant, UT where she graduated from Wasatch Academy as the valedictorian. She moved to Salt Lake City to work and there she met her sweetheart Robert Edward Bull. They were married on October 18, 1947 in Salt Lake and later sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on June 14, 1962. When first married, Bob and Bethel lived in Salt Lake, moving to Pocatello, ID in 1955, residing there for 13 years and then moving to California where they lived for 27 years primarily in Cupertino, CA. In 1997, they moved to Kaysville, UT. Bethel valiantly served in numerous callings including Primary President, YW President, twice as Ward Relief Society President and also as Stake Relief Society President. Among her callings, she most enjoyed were being Cub Scout Den Mother, her many years in the Name Extraction Program and Building Secretary to her bishop in Pocatello in the days when Wards were primarily responsible for raising money and building of the Chapels. Bethel and Bob (deceased) became the parents of four children, whom she loved dearly: Bethel is survived by her children, R. Michael (Judy) Bull of St. George, Utah; R. Steven (Claudia deceased) Bull of Laguna Woods, California; Barbara Susan (Kent) Toone of Centerville, Utah; R. John-deceased (Ann) Bull of Sammamish, Washington; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; Preceded in death by her husband, her son, her parents, 7 brothers, 5 sisters, and a daughter-in-law. Other survivors include one sister Bertha (Robert) Tucker. The family wishes to thank Life Care Center of Bountiful for their truly loving assistance in Bethels last weeks and months. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11:00am in the Hidden Valley Ward Chapel, 900 South Main, Kaysville UT. Family and friends may call Thursday evening from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 N Main, and again Friday from 9:45am-10:45am at the chapel prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
