Betty Washburn

Betty Hatch Washburn passed away December 2, 2011 at home in the arms of her family. Betty was born December 24, 1935 to Ray C. and Nellie Hatch. Betty was the 2nd of four beautiful Hatch daughters. Betty was born in San Francisco, CA. and moved to North Salt Lake, Utah in 1947. Betty married the love of her life, Dale C. Washburn, June 15, 1961 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were blessed with four children: Gregory, RayRoss, Becky (Nick) and Alison; and two grandchildren, Mallory and Joshua. Betty was a ray of sunshine that will be missed greatly by her family, Adelia (Bill), Mary (Ron), Joan (Dick), Terri; and many nieces and nephews. Thanks to her friends and neighbors of North Salt Lake. The family would also like to thank Dr. Anne Pendo, Dr. Melinda McAnulty, the staff of Liberty Dialysis, and the staff of Orchard Drug. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 9, 2011 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main where a viewing will be held from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
