Betty Williams Poulson

May 19, 1918 — March 20, 2011

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Betty Mae completed her long and fruitful life at 92 years old on March 20, 2011. She was born May 19, 1918 in Bozeman, Montana to Harry and Mae Williams. She was raised and schooled in Bozeman. Attended Ogden High School. She married Russell S. Poulson on November 20, 1935 and to this union they had 5 children. The youngest daughter died at birth. She worked mainly in food sales and was the last manager of the Cornet store in Bountiful. Betty had the wonderful gift of gab and relished the time she spent with her family at picnics and parties. She adored the kids and the babies. She truly loved life. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Russell S. Poulson; a daughter, Sibyl Secrist; a son, Donald Wayde Poulson; a sister and 2 brothers. Survived by daughter, Sylvia (Frank) Wilkinson; son, Russell (Buss) (Pamela) Poulson; daughter-in-law, Kathryn Poulson; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. She wanted us to love one another. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 26, 2011 at the Farmington City Cemetery, 200 East 500 South.
