Bonnie Faye Marler passed away peacefully in her home with her loving brother by her side, after a short battle with cancer on August 13, 2020. She was born on May 11, 1937 in Salt Lake City to her parents, A. LeRoy Griffith, Sr. and Phyllis Mills Griffith. From a young age, Bonnie loved horses and spent all her free time riding with cousins and friends. Bonnie attended both Davis and Bountiful high schools where she was a cheerleader. One of her passions was dancing. She enjoyed all styles of dance and if there was music, she would dance. She married LaMar Noble and they had two children, Diane and Shauna and have four grandchildren. She later married A. Duane Marler (Dewey) who passed away in 1997. Together they enjoyed horses, traveling, and playing golf. Bonnie loved all animals, especially her dogs, Libby and Izzy B. Bonnie also enjoyed her various jobs like working at ZCMI, Muir school and managing the family industrial complex. She never shied away from hard work, even with her diminished eyesight from macular degeneration, she still attended to taking care of her home, yard and pool. Bonnie was a member of the LDS Church and in her younger years she taught Primary and Mutual, and also choreographed dance for the road shows. Bonnie will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her brother A. LeRoy Griffith, Jr. (Butch), her daughters and grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 21, 2020 at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, 1640 East, Lakeview Drive, Bountiful.
