Biography

Brent Bennett Marchant was born on July 3, 1941 to Jay W. and Elizabeth Marchant. He slipped away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 11, 2013, from complications of a stroke.
Brent grew up dry farming, and teasing the four sisters he loved dearly. He was an active member of the LDS church all of his life, and served a mission in Alberta, Canada.
Brent married Judi Fae Baker on November 27, 1963, and they spent many years together loving and laughing until her death in 2000. Ours was a happy home, where friends and family were always welcome. Brent loved the scouting program and he spent years helping shape the lives of many young men.
On March 9 2002, Brent married Susan Sunda. They greatly enjoyed gardening and doing projects together.
Brent was an avid gardener, hunter, square dancer, video collector, voracious reader, and fisherman. He is the best of fathers, he is a loving husband, and he is a cherished grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Susan, daughter Teresa Beauregard (Alan), son Jeffrey Marchant (Gill), daughter Michelle Walker (Larry), daughter Bekki Anderson (Kevin), daughter Tiffany, Susan’s sons Mark (Emily), and Michael, and daughter Melissa (Michael).
