Brooke Elise Rasband

On April 18, our sweet Brooke was quietly and peacefully ‘taken home to that God who gave her life’.  This little sweetheart of a daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, niece and friend suffered from a life long illness not many were aware of.  This illness ultimately took her life peacefully in her sleep early Tuesday morning.

Despite all her challenges she loved life.  She enjoyed family, friends, dancing, cooking, water sports with her family, being a Daddy’s girl, being outside, being adventurous and always busy.  Our sweet girl will be sorely missed and celebrated in the hope and confidence of eternal families by those she left behind, her parents Matt and Holly Rasband, her siblings Tyler and Ashlie (Terrill), Camille, Lauren, and Jacob, and her grandparents David and Connie Rasband and Jane Johnson.  She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Terry Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 24th, at the Farmington South Stake Center, 695 S. 200 E.  Friends and family may visit Sunday evening, between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary 1941 N. Main, Farmington, or Monday 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the church.  Interment will be at the Farmington City Cemetery.
