Carleen Hammond Nelson

Carleen Hammond Nelson passed away in her sleep early morning April 4,2019.
Carleen is survived by her husband Jeff Nelson and her children Marc Hammond(Kelsy), Melissa Emery, Joleen Anderson(Casey) and Patricia Lucero(Erik).
Carleen was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She made friends everywhere she went. She lived her life with love, laughter, stories and the countless things she crochet, sewed and crafted. She will be missed by all those her light touched.
