Carol D. Brower Naef, 77, passed away October 30, 2010 in Bountiful, Utah, after a valiant battle with cancer. Although we are no longer blessed with her presence, she will forever remain in our hearts. She was born March 13, 1933 to Ila and Dean Brower. Graduated from Morgan High School in 1951. On May 18, 1957 she married the love of her life, Evan Norman Naef. Their marriage was later solemnized in the LDS Temple. She retired from the Federal Government, spent many years selling AVON and worked at Fred Meyer Jewelers. Carol was a very classy lady with an eye for fashion and beauty. She loved to look her best. She loved bowling, golf, reading and enjoyed teaching her Primary class. She had a huge heart with lots of love and compassion for her family. She had many close friends, and was an extremely patient woman who never had a bad word to say about anyone. She is survived by her husband, Evan Naef; daughter, Robynn Dean Parrish; granddaughter, Jessica Lynn Parrish; brother, Larry (Arlene) Brower; sister, Tawny Babb; sister-in-law, Adele Brower; aunt, Shirley Tucker; cousin, Sharon; her dog, Mimi and many other extended family members. Preceded in death by her mother, Ila Gerber; father, Dean Brower; brother, Bob Brower; and son, Brett Evan Naef. Before she passed away she was able to meet and spend a little time with her grandson, Jordan Benson, whom she had spent many years searching for. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, November 5, 2010 at the South Morgan Cemetery, 351 South State. A visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Friday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to services. We shall find peace. We shall hear angels. We shall see the sky Sparkling with Diamonds.
