Carole Suzanne Nelson

Carole Suzanne Nelson passed from this life on November 13th, 2023. She was born October 29th, 1937, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Dick Cleveland Chapman and Byrnece Hale. She graduated from Logan High School in 1954. She married Arnold Clair Nelson on December 7th, 1956, in the Logan LDS Temple.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arnold Clair, and her son Steven Arnold. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Ann (David Jeffrey) Salter; grandchildren: Sean (Katie) Salter, Stephanie (Brad) Burt, Suzanne Salter, and eight great-grandchildren.

Suzanne served in many positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved spending time with her family. Her many interests included music, playing the piano, photography, painting, fishing, riding ATVs, spending time at her cabin in the summer and her winter home in Harrisburg. Suzanne had a loving heart and cared deeply for all she knew.

An evening viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19th, 2023, at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah, where another viewing will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 20th, 2023, at the mortuary followed by a private family graveside service at Bountiful City Cemetery.
