Biography

Loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend passed away peacefully in his sleep October 7, 2014. Born to Charles Innes and Stella Geneva Thomas Wilson, July 28, 1925. Married to the late, Alberta Elizabeth Loring for 42 years. Survived by 6 children, Mark (April) Wilson, Ellice (Brad) Watts, Susan (Rich) Watt, Laura (Greg) Eborn, Marta Wilson (James), Stuart Wilson (Jamal), 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, sister Carol Hite and brother T. Rex Wilson. He was a chemical engineer, avid golfer and WWII veteran. He believed in serving his community and volunteered for the St. George police department, food pantry and tutored math. Lived in St. George, Utah for over 20 years and made friends with everyone he met. He worshipped at the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church and lovingly served his fellow parishioners.
Graveside services Saturday, October 11, 10am at SLC Cemetery, 200 N Street, NE entrance. (Plot address, 1150 Elm St). Reception afterwards at Mark and April’s for all from 12-3pm, 1140 Canyon Crest Dr. Bountiful, UT 84010. Online guestbook at www.russonmortury.com
