Charlotte H. Stultz
10/22/1924 – 10/25/2012

Our beloved mother, Charlotte Louise Hansen Leva Stultz, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2012, due to kidney failure. Mom was born Oct. 22, 1924 in Murray Utah to Annie and Carl Hansen, and was the fourth of their children. Her brothers Frank C., Paul R. (Helen), Robert E. (Carol) all predeceased her. She married Lawrence O. Leva in 1948, and with him had two daughters, the lights of her life, Karen Leva and Susan (Suzie) Leva Ellison. Later divorced, she was the best single mom ever. Suzie’s son, Parker Brian Ellison (Tori Mercer), was born in March 1983. Parker was very close to his grandma, and he brought her enormous joy and pride. Mom married the love of her life, Robert E. Stultz, in January 1984. The Stultz family welcomed her with open arms, and she was a loving “new Mom” to Zelma Stultz Paris (John), Denny Stultz (Fran), and Terry Stultz, who also predeceased her. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and Robert felt the same about his new “daughters”. Mom was delighted when Parker married his soulmate, Tori, whom Mom also loved very much, in 2010. Mom was always full of love and kindness, and was almost always smiling and cheerful, despite her constant pain. Her care and concern for others, even when her own condition was so difficult, was an inspiration to all. Mom had a profound appreciation for the beauty in life, even in the most simple things, which she shared with and passed on to her family. She especially loved the autumn season, angels, beautiful music, and good chocolate. We give thanks to the loving and caring staff at Emeritus Senior Living and Affinity Hospice. She will be our guardian angel and in our hearts forever. All our luf always Mom. An open house to celebrate Mom’s life will be held at the Paris home, 10345 Michaun Court, South Jordan, Sunday, November 4, from 2 to 4 pm. Online guestbook available at www.russonmortuary.com
