Clara Aukje Jager Boulton

Clara Aukje Jager Boulton, 98, of Bountiful passed away peacefully in her home January 19th, 2018. Clara was born to Arjen and Tryntje Jager on November 22nd, 1919 in Salt Lake City, Utah and was the 6th of 9 children. Clara attended Davis High School and graduated in 1938; she went on to marry James E. Boulton on March 18th, 1944. Clara was a faithful member of the LDS church and in 1994 served a mission to Tampa, Florida with her sister. She is survived by her children Doug and Jim (Robin), her granddaughters Jamie and Meagan and her great-granddaughter Ella. Clara was preceded in death by her husband James, her grandson Zachary, her daughter-in-law Connie, and her eight siblings. The Boulton Family would like to extend a very special thank you to Legacy Hospice, Julie Mangum and Stefanie Reed for all of their loving care for Clara.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 25th 2018 in the Val Verda 4th Ward Relief Society Room, 2633 South 50 West, Bountiful from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, followed by a brief memorial service. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity.
