Clara Victorine Marie Geens-Lodomez, 102, of Belgium, passed away of causes incident to age May 25, 2012 at the home of her daughter Lucie Didier in Salt Lake City. Clara was born May 14, 1910 in Bressoux, Belgium to Leopold and Geraldine Geens. She Married Marcel Lodomez on June 4, 1932 in Liege, Belgium and they were sealed in the Swiss Temple in 1960. He preceded her in death.
Clara is survived by her daughter Lucie Didier, two grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Proceeded in death by parents, husband, and two sisters.

Clara was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, baptized in Belgium in 1950 and served multiple times as Relief Society President and other auxiliaries. She worked as an inspector and chief cashier at La Bourse, Department Store in Liege, Belgium for many years. She was also an excellent seamstress. Her life was a life of service and faithfulness.

Funeral Services will be held on May 30, 2012 at 12:00 Noon in the LDS Federal Heights Chapel, 1300 Fairfax Rd., Salt Lake City. Friends may call on May 30, 2012 prior to services from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. Interment will follow in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Funeral director: Russon Brothers Salt Lake Mortuary.
