Clarence F. Schramm passed away July 23, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family, at the age of 84. He was born to Martin F. and Hattie Schramm on May 31st, 1931 in Payson Utah. He is survived by his wife, formerly Doris Jean Parker; his son, David G. Schramm; his daughter, Meredith Schramm Mannebach (Steve Mannebach); 2 grandsons, Atticus and Pj; his brother Roland Schramm (Thelma); and sister Muriel Meredith (Melvin); and numerous nieces and nephews on both sides of the Schramm and Parker families. In his heavenly home he joins his daughter, Melanee Schramm Kearns, his parents, his brothers Gordon, Orval and Paul Schramm, granddaughter Elsie Mannebach and many cherished friends.
Clarence lived his life in service to the Lord, his family, his Country and his fellowman. He served in the Korean War through the United States Army. Later he served in Northern States mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS). After which he graduated from Brigham Young University with 3 degrees; a Bachelors, a Masters and Ph.D.
He worked for 37 years for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Church Education System. He served the Lord throughout his life, as a loving husband, father and friend, also numerous callings in the LDS Church.
He spent his final days remembering the blessings his life and telling those around him of his testimony of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross so that we all may live again. Clarence has been called home to serve the Lord. We will miss you dad!
Viewing will be Wednesday July 29th 6-8pm at the Russon Brother’s Mortuary 1941 North Main Street, Farmington, UT and Thursday July 30th 9:30-10:30 at the church prior to services. Funeral Services will be held Thursday July 30th starting at 11:00 am at the Fruit Heights LDS Stake Center 170 N. Mountain Rd, Fruit Heights, UT.
