Colin Normington, Sr

Colin T Normington, 78 yrs. old, took his final caboose ride from Earth on Oct. 22, 2011 after a valiant fight with dementia. He was surrounded by his loved ones. He spent his life working for the Union Pacific Railroad and was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Loretta Normington of Fruit Heights, UT; 5 children: Colin Jr. (Debbie) Kaysville, UT; Ladonna (Lloyd) McNee Sutherland, NE; Carson T. Ogden, UT; Johnny D. Fruit Heights, UT and Kebin W. SLC, UT. He loved and is greatly loved by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, October 26th, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 Chapel Street, Layton, UT at 10:00 am. A visitation and Rosary will be held Tuesday, October 25th, from 6-8pm at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 1941 N. Main Street, Farmington, UT.
