Conrad “Shea” Naegle, our beloved inchworm, was born Dec. 18, 1991; he left us at the age of 24 on Aug. 26, 2016.
Shea treasured his family and friends. He loved fishing, camping and being in the Great Outdoors. It was not well known, but Shea caught the acting bug in third grade, he played the despised Caliban in Shakespeare’s, “The Tempest.” He completely stunned the entire audience with his performance! This made Halloween his favorite time of year because he had so much fun acting at haunted houses. Shea was so full of kindness and charisma. It seemed effortless how he could charm any stranger and win over their hearts in just moments. Shea really enjoyed long boarding and loved the Denver Broncos but his favorite thing, what he loved the most, was spending time on the front porch with his Mom and best friend “Oldie,” his Dad. Nothing was better than singing along to their favorite music, drinking a beer and just enjoying each other.
Shea is leaving such a huge hole in all of our lives but his Grandma and Grandpa were so special to him, they meant the world to him and for them he was the world and the moon and the stars…
Shea is survived by his parents, Shaun and Shannon Naegle, his siblings, Dominick Amarel, Kelsie Naegle, Melony Long, Mykael Barns and Colby Davis, his grandparents, Conrad and Shari Naegle, Linda Tabler, Wallace Greenfield Sr. and Vic and Debbie Schluter, his aunts, uncles and cousins, Brian and Leann Quinn (Katelyn, Mathew and Brady), Troy Stevenson (Collin and Skyler), Allan and Alese Amarel (Lindsey and Austin) along with a myriad of his cherished friends.
Shea is preceded in death by his Mother, Camile Davis, his uncles, Cory Naegle, Marty Naegle and Johnny Tabler III, his grandparents, LaGrand and Barbara Bangerter, George and Lori Naegle and Mada Greenfield, his great uncles Wallace Jr. Greenfield, Buzz Naegle, Judd Naegle, his great Aunt Linda Hunter, his dearest friend Danny Orrock and his Golden Retriever, Gunther.
We’ll be celebrating his beautiful life at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept 4 at Camelot Mobile Home Club House at 655 US Highway 89, North Salt Lake City. “Cuz, that’s what’s up, for sure”…
His family would like to give a special thanks to the Sober Riders of Utah
“If you really want to honor our boop-bear, then dedicate every day that you are clean and sober to Shea.”
