Craig Scott Goodfellow

Craig Scott Goodfellow, 52, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 21, 2017 in his home. Craig was born September 6, 1965 in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Craig is survived by his parents; mother and step-father, Nancy and John Drew; his father David Goodfellow; brother Keith (Annette) Goodfellow; two nieces, Jennifer and Shelby Goodfellow; step-daughter Keisha (Anton) Jelsma; three young granddaughters, Brooklynn, Peyton & Jordin Jelsma; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Craig was raised in the Salt Lake valley and attended Granite High school. He owned and operated Goodfellow’s Custom Woodworking, was a gifted craftsman and specialized in antique restorations. He was a talented amateur photographer and artist.  

Craig was a devoted father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing and quiet time at the family cabin. Family was important to Craig, his step-daughter and granddaughters brought great joy into his life, he loved them dearly. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

A casual gathering to celebrate Craig’s life will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Russon Brothers Mortuary, located at 255 So. 200 E. in Salt Lake City.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Human Society of Utah in Craig’s Name.
