D. Edward Clark our loving Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend passed away and returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday January 21, 2019 at the age of 67 in Bountiful, Utah. He was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on August 1, 1951 to Kenneth Robert and Dorothy Arline Clark. He grew up in West Allis, St. Francis and Hales Corners, all suburbs of Milwaukee and graduated from Whitnall High School in 1969. He later attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.
He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Central German Dusseldorf Mission from 1970-1972 where he gained a deep love for the German people. He always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye and loved talking to anyone at any time about anything. He was an avid “Harley” connoisseur and loved wearing his Leather Jacket and all things “Harley.” Everyone enjoyed visiting with him and listening to him when he shared his fun stories and memories. Ed had a deep love for all his children and grandchildren; they all had a special place in his heart. Ed has certainly left a huge hole in our hearts, but knowing that he is now with his mom and dad and so many other loved ones makes the sting somehow a little less painful.
Ed is survived by two brothers Robert A. Clark (Bountiful, UT), Glenn D. Clark (Jefferson City, MO) and one sister Patti D. Cook (Fountain Green, UT); children Derek Kenneth Jensen (Utah), Ryan Scott Clark (Colorado), Emily Rose Severin (Colorado), Diana LeighAnn Faulkner (Connecticut), Eliesen Patricia Clark (Colorado), and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. We all love you Ed. Rest in Peace until we meet again.
A memorial service to celebrate Ed’s life is planned for 10:00 a.m. February 16, 2019 at the Fountain Green, Utah LDS chapel (100 South 200 West).
