David Wayne Cooper, age 60, passed unexpectedly Sunday, March 19, 2023, in Ogden, Utah of natural causes.

David was born to Francis Wayne Cooper and Donna Jean Engstrom on March 26, 1962, in Santa Ana, California. He spent his young years in Anaheim until his family moved to Utah in 1975. The family eventually made Bountiful their home.

David loved fishing and camping.  He was an avid golfer and spent many hours on the course enjoying the game.

David was a glazier for more than 30 years. He owned three companies over the course of his career. He was currently employed with USWAI Purpose where he was well liked and respected.

He is survived by his mother, Donna; children Mathew (Tiffany), daughter Amanda, brother, Steven. David loved being a grandpa to August and Emma. He is preceded in death by his father, and son Jason.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, Utah where a viewing will be held Saturday afternoon from 12:45-1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment- Memorial Lakeview Cemetery.
