Delpha Norma Stokes Brisk passed from this earth on September 6, 2021 to join her beloved husband, Leo.
She was born January 25, 1923 in Clinton, Utah to William Edwin and Mabel Crouch Stokes.
She married the love of her life Leo Brisk December 29, 1965. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple August 6, 1975. They always loved being together and enjoyed traveling all over the world.
Norma and Leo served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Vashon Island in Washington state and always said that was the best year of their lives.
Norma was extremely tough and resourceful; she had a long life full of joys and obstacles that made her into the remarkable woman she was. She is well known for her crocheted flying saucers, which serve as both toys and pillows, that she donated to children around the world.
She is the mother of five sons, one stepson, and one stepdaughter: Vaughn & Sherain Fischer, Richard & Fatima Fischer, Glen & Marilyn Gabler, Harvey & Helen Gabler, Mont Anderson & Sharon Walls, Jerry & DeAnn Brisk, Nancy & Legrand Johnson, as well as many grandchildren, great, and great great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at Russon Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, UT 84010 on Saturday, September 11th from 9-10am.
A Graveside service will be held at the Clinton Cemetery, 813 North 750 West, Clinton, UT 84015 on Saturday, September 11th at 11am with a luncheon to follow at 12:30pm at the Bountiful Springhill Ward Building, 351 Lofty Ln, North Salt Lake, UT.
