Denise Hunsaker Petersen

Denise Hunsaker Petersen passed away peaceful on March 8, 2017 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She was born in 1923 in Malad City, Idaho, one of 6 children born to T. Earl Hunsaker and Laura M. Higginson. The family moved to Logan Utah and she graduated from high school in 1941 and went on to cosmetology school graduating in 1942. She married Bill Petersen in 1942 in the LDS Temple and traveled the world as a military wife, Bill passed away in 1973. She married Paul Wiser in 1975. She was an active member of the LDS church holding various positions.  She had many hobbies but was an excellent oil painter. She is survived by daughters Kathy, Linda and sons Keith, Bill and Larry. Denise was blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Russon Mortuary,  295 N. Main St., Bountiful, Monday, March, 13, 2017 at 11:00 am., with a viewing prior from 9:45-10:45 am. She will be interred at the Logan City Cemetery with her husband.
