Dennis Trujillo

Biography

Dennis Michael Trujillo passed away in his sleep January 8, 2013. Born August 9, 1941 in Coalville, Utah to Joe G. Trujillo and Emma Cleora McDaniel Trujillo. Attended North Summit schools and graduated in 1959. Served in the military during Vietnam and after 16 years of service, made his home in Salt Lake City. He became a Minister and served in shelters in Salt Lake City. Dennis loved sports and followed the Jazz faithfully. Association with family and friends was very important to him. He loved the outdoors, friends, food and his little dog, Buddy.
He will be missed by his brothers, Robert (Sherrie), Owen, Kent Leon (Tanya); sister, Jolene Johnson; and friends at the apartment where he lived. Survived by his children, Herby, Washington, DC, Michael, Detroit, MI., JD, Salt Lake City, UT., and Danielle Christensen, Taylorsville, UT. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Marcus.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
