Dianne Linda Jensen Clark, passed away peacefully in her sleep from natural causes June 10, 2022 at her home in Draper, Utah. Dianne was born in Salt Lake City on February 9, 1949, and was the second daughter to loving parents, Ellsworth M. and Helen Hampshire Jensen, with sisters, Barbara Pace, and Joanne Jensen preceding her in death. Dianne graduated from Viewmont High School in 1967, and made many friends that endured throughout her life.
Dianne attended the University of Utah, was the office manager for Honeywell Inc., a professional model, and later became involved in the jewelry business which she was most passionate about, traveling back and forth to New York and Las Vegas to broker deals and procure unique pieces. She loved helping couples find just the right engagement ring or special jewelry piece. One of Dianne’s many passions was cars…fast, sporty and sleek, and she was known for her high fashion and love of beauty.
Dianne met and married the love of her life, Steven Davies Clark, January 30, 1970 in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they shared 52 loving years, raised a beautiful family, and made friends in every home they lived along the Wasatch Front and, in later years, Las Vegas, where they enjoyed spending time together.
Dianne was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and enjoyed many callings, especially those involving youth. She loved teaching young men and young women social etiquette lessons, and was a favorite “guest speaker.” She was the picture of elegance and eloquence, beauty and grace.
Dianne is survived by her loving husband, her children, Taunya (Brad) Perry, Jeffrey (Susie) Clark, Nichole Clark, Danielle (Jason) Francis, eleven grand children and one great-grandchild.
