Donna Smith Parker

Donna Gene Smith Parker died peacefully at her home in Bountiful on February 1, 2011. She was an extraordinary English teacher at Bountiful High School for 20 years, an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Dale D. Parker; and son Scott Lee Parker. She is survived by son, Mike (Chris) Parker of Bountiful; daughter, Rebecca Parkin of Bountiful; daughter-in-law, Joleen Parker Vanbibber; and son, Kent (Lisa) Parker of Draper; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Bountiful City Cemetery 2224 South 200 West. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful.
