Dora was born to Horace and Amy Howe. She was the oldest of five children. She was married to Clay Harper for 50 years.

She is survived by her daughter Maurine (Richard) Mitchell; sister Audrey Lee; 3 granddaughters; 10 great grandchildren and 32 great-great grandchildren.

Dora worked for ZCMI as a dedicated department manager for 34 years. She loved music, travel and spending time with her family and friends. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a Primary teacher for over 13 years.

Per her request there will only be a private grave side service on Tuesday July 1st, at 11:00 A. M. Salt Lake City Cemetery.

Funeral services provided by Russon Brothers Mortuary 255 South 200 East in Salt Lake City, Utah

The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at Cottonwood Creek Assisted Living & 1st Choice Health & Hospice for their love and care.
