Dora May Mower

Dora May Mower started her life journey on May 13, 1931, in St. Charles, Idaho.  She is the daughter of the late Lorenzo Hyrum Hemmert and Ruth Una Hemmert; and, the wife of the late Willis Arno Mower.  Dora passed away October 1, 2018, at the age of 87.  She had many titles throughout her life, but the most important titles were being a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
Dora is survived by her six children: Diane Midkiff, Pam (Mike) Barker, Wayne (Annette) Mower, Les (Jeanette) Mower, Dona Mower, and Lisa Valerio; and, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, three sisters, and her husband.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Canyon Home Care & Hospice for the compassionate support shown to our mother.  We would also like to sincerely thank Maria and Lolohea who showed such incredible love and kindness to our mother during this time of need.
Private family services will be held on Saturday, October 6th, at 11 a.m., at Russon Mortuary, 1941 N. Main, Farmington, Utah.  Interment will be Centerville Memorial Park.  A celebration of life will be held with her loved ones following her services. Online guestbook at www.russonmortuary.com
