Duane Arthur Jordison

Duane Arthur Jordison, 77, peacefully returned to his Heavenly Father surrounded by his loving family on December 11, 2016.
Duane was born June 29, 1939 in Salt Lake City to Arthur & Amelia Hauser Jordison. He graduated from South High School and then from LDS Business College, where he met his loving wife Gail Anderson. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on September 15, 1961 and enjoyed 55 years of marriage.
Survived by Gail; 2 Children Vickie Boswell, & Michael (Teresa) Jordison; 5 grandchildren Ashley, Adam, Chase, Kylee, Sharleigh, and 5 great grandchildren. Proceeded in death by his parents, brother Clyde & great granddaughter Leeloo.
Duane's service in the church consisted of Stake Missionary, Nursery Leader, Secretary of Sunday School, Secretary of High Priests, Cub Scout Leader, Home Teacher, and the Bountiful Temple.
Retired from UDOT after 28 years. He enjoyed traveling, square dancing, and watching sports especially U of U football. Spent many years volunteering at Antelope Island and Washington Elementary. One of his favorite activities was to watch movies with his grand kids.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm. at the Bountiful 4th Ward, 1400 S. 100 E. Bountiful Utah. Family and friends may attend a viewing on Thursday, December 15 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 N. Main St in Bountiful & at the Church on Friday from 11:45 – 12:45 prior to the services. Online guest book at www.russonmortuary.com.
