Elaine Gledhill Larson

Elaine Gledhill Larson 86, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away surrounded by her family on February 25, 2013 in West Valley City, Utah. She was born November 6, 1926 in Richfield, Utah, to Alden Oscar Gledhill and Eva Elizabeth Harmon Gledhill. She was the youngest daughter of nine children.

Mom married her sweetheart, Leland Eugene Larson, on December 21, 1945 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in many callings. Mom was a long time manager in multiple stores for JC Penney.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

Preceded in death by parents and all eight siblings.

Survived by husband Leland; daughter: Geri Greene; sons: Alden Brent (Janice), David Eric (Elizabeth), Kendall Ray (Lisa), 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Services Friday March 1, 2013 at Granger 10th Ward House, 3274 South Hillsdale Drive, West Valley City. Viewing from 10:30 to 11:30 A.M. Funeral at 12:00 P.M. Interment in Valley View Memorial Park. Online guestbook available at www.russonmortuary.com
