Mom did not quite make it to her 90th birthday like she wanted too! Eleanor Elizabeth Wickes (Ellie/Nanny) died peacefully at home where she wanted to be.

Ellie was born January 24, 1935, in Los Angeles, California to Horace and Catherine Wickes. Ellie had 2 brothers and 3 sisters and loved each one fiercely.

Ellie was preceded in death by her husband Leith Christensen Tolboe after 66 years of marriage. They were married October 15, 1954, in Salina, Utah. 2 kids followed Steve and Cindy.

Mom held a few jobs, but her longest career was with Eastman Kodak Company, Starting as a receptionist and working her way up to a very admired Customer Service Representative. After retiring from Kodak, Mom and Dad acquired a 5th wheel trailer and soon became snowbirds, where they had fun adventures and made many great friends until Dad's health made it so they could no longer travel.

Ellie is survived by her children, Stephen (Robyn) and Cynthia (Tom) Woodland, along with 6 grandchildren, Ashley (Cody), Kylie, Taylor (John), Bradley (Mackenzie), Jeffrey, and Corbin. Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren Sheena, Kayla, Zane, Kasley, Garrett, and Dax.

Preceded in death by her Mother and Father, her husband Leith, and all her brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, Utah.
