Ellen Jensen Gisseman

Ellen Rebecca Jensen Gisseman, 93, returned to her Heavenly Father, Thursday, April 28, 2011. Born September 24, 1917 in Eureka, Utah to Christan Jensen and Alma Eleonora Emilie Christensen. She was the second of eleven children. She married Lester Gisseman, April 13, 1941. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, July 29, 1975. She was an active member of the LDS Church, having served a mission at the Family History Library. She is survived by her children, Owen (Dorothy), Arlene (Paul), Marilyn (Gary), Lorin, and Byron (Reneigh); 23 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.She is survived by her children, Owen (Dorothy), Arlene (Paul), Marilyn (Gary), Lorin, and Byron (Reneigh); 23 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Margaret & Joyce and 1 brother, Grant. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers, George, Norman, Bill, Swen, and Parley, and sisters, Mable and Helen. A special thank you to Heritage Place in Bountiful and Inspiration Hospice for their wonderful and kind care. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where a viewing will be held from 10-11:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
