ELLIOTT LEE PRATT Oct 24, 1921 Nov 14, 2011 Lee, age 90, passed away surrounded by his loving family. Born in SLC to Eugene Elliot Pratt and Eva Lee Place, Lee graduated from East High School, U of Utah with a BA and Law Degree, and earned his Masters of Law from the U of Michigan. He married his college sweetheart, Ruth Wilcox Noall, in 1946, who was love of his life for 65 years. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII, trained at Camp Hale with the 10th Mountain Division Ski Troops, attained the rank of 1st Lieutenant, fought in Germany and received a Purple Heart. Known for his integrity, Lee practiced law for 50 years, was a member of American College of Trial Lawyers and practiced law before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, Kiwanis Club, supported the Boy Scouts of America and was an active LDS church member. An avid skier and horseman, he enjoyed winters on the slopes of Alta and many summer horseback pack trips with friends and family. Lee treasured the cabin he built and the time he spent with his family on the Upper Provo River. Survived by daughters Carolyn (Robert Jensen), Joanne, Barbara (Frank Ingebrigtsen), 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and twin sisters Betty Jane and Geneva. Funeral services will be held Sat. Nov. 19, 2011 at 12 noon in the Foothill 7th Ward, 2215 East Roosevelt Ave (1460 So.) Viewing, Fri Nov. 18, 6-8 pm at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 So 200 E., SLC, UT.
