Elma Eskelson

Bountiful – Elma Swain Eskelson passed away September 5, 2006 in Sandy Utah at the home of her daughter. She was born October 12, 1915 in Daniels Utah, to Ephriam Swain and Pheobe Ann Oaks. Elma was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Lenard Stearns Eskelson December 16, 1938 in the Salt Lake Temple. Elma worked at Zions Bank and retired after 20 years. She is survived by her son Gail Swain Carolyn Eskelson, daughter Doris Dean Morrell, 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; sisters: Mary Rushton, St. George, Utah and Blanch Reed Smithies, Kamas, Utah. Elma was proceeded in death by her husband, brothers: Clinton, Ray, Athel; sisters: Myrtle Canter, ElDoris Fitzgerald, Sylvia Cobbley and Vida Swain. Funeral Service to be held Tuesday September 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bountiful Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main St. Bountiful, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery. A special thanks to Willcreek Hospice and Alek and Amanda.
