Essie Lambert

Our 95 year young mother, grandmother, aunt and sister, Essie Labrum Lambert passed away October 19, 2013. Essie was born February 16, 1918 the 7th child of Ray and Alice Labrum. Essie was raised in the Uintah Basin area. Essie married Keith P Lambert of Roosevelt, Utah.
Essie worked for 28 years at the Thrifty Candy and Food Packaging Company in Salt Lake City, Utah. She retired in 1985 to take care of her husband.
She is survived by two children: Gerald Keith “Jerry” Lambert of West Bountiful, and Judy (Gordon) Houston of Bountiful; 2 grandchildren: Troy (Meliss) Houston of Parowan, Ut. and Lisa (Yale) Johnson of Laketown, Ut.; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and one brothers, Lynn Labrum of Roosevelt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister, 6 brothers and granddaughter, DeeAnn Lee Houston Gilbert.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from 10:30-11:30 am at Lakeview Memorial Chapel, 1640 East Lakeview Drive, Bountiful, followed by a graveside service, under the direction of Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary. Following the services, friends and family are invited for a luncheon at the Houston residence.
