Fay A. Cook, died April 28, 2006 in Bountiful, Utah. Causes incident to age. She was born November 1, 1912 in Pocatello, Idaho to John G. and Emma Bell. She married Delbert Cook on June 28, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Fay was a former resident of Pocatello, Idaho, Las Vegas, Nevada and Woods Cross, Utah. Before her marriage she served a LDS Stake Mission, and later with her husband served in the Columbus Ohio mission. Throughout her life she served in many church callings including Relief Society President, Primary Presidency and Young Woman?s. She was still a visiting teacher when she entered the care center at age 91. Although she had received a teaching certificate, she married and made homemaking her vocation. She enjoyed all kinds of crafts and needlework, especially quilting and crocheting. She is preceded in death by her husband, one grandson and all her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, ElRoy Judy Cook of Longmont, CO; Loyd Carol Cook of Pocatello, ID; Boyd Sheryl Cook of Ivins, UT and Alene Cook of Woods Cross, UT. At time of death she had 8 living grand children and 17 great grand children. Funeral services will be held May 8, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Russon Brothers Funeral Home Chapel, 295 N Main, Bountiful, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral from 9:45am to 10:45am. Interment will be at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Pocatello, ID; graveside services will be at approximately 3:45 pm on May 8th. Special thanks to Rocky Mountain Care of Bountiful.
