Francis Bjerregaard

Francis David Bjerregaard, born April 11, 1921 in Manti, Utah, passed away at home April 21, 2008, due to cancer. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather that loved his family and spent his life in their service. He especially loved the outdoors, and going camping with loved ones. He is veteran of WWII and worked as a mechanic for many years. Survived by his sweetheart of 61 years, Nola Christensen, and children Iris Wood, Darla Corless, Marilyn Campbell, David Bjerregaard, Joyce Bills, Karen Boggs, Jenna Gibb and Lora Hart, 32 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren, and Sister Gwen Sanderson. Preceded in death by parents and siblings Roy, Allan and Shannon, and daughter Sue. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Bountiful 14th Ward Chapel, 1500 South 600 East. Friends and family may call Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Saturday morning 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
