Frankie Hansen Freeman born on September 7, 1937 quietly passed away at home on June 4th, 2018. Frankie married Ronald Eugene Freeman on February 28th at the Salt Lake Temple in 1956 and recently celebrated 62 years of marriage. Frankie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and avid sports fan. She loved cheering for her children and grandchildren from the sidelines and of course the Utes. She was always ready for fun, a meal at a favorite restaurant, hosting a party, shopping, or a good walk. Frankie was a great example of service, having served in many church callings, Salt Lake Community College athletic events, Church garden service mission, and as a Bountiful Temple Worker. Frankie also organized the annual Circle of Hope Golf Tournament for 10 years raising money for the Hunstman Cancer Institute. Her passion and perseverance prompted many collegiate coaches and public figures to donate their time and efforts. Frankie also leaves a legacy of spontaneously helping people in need through countless acts of service to family, friends and strangers.
