Gene Christensen

Gene B. Christensen 03/07/1916 08/01/2009 Gene B. Christensen passed away August 1, 2009 in Salt Lake City. She was born March 7, 1916 to George D. and Ellen Peacock Braithwaite in Manti, Utah.

She was very talented, watercolors, crafts, & poetry. We will miss her hand painted cards and poems. She was vastly interested in astronomy. She was a career LPN, working for various hospitals in the Salt Lake area.

She is survived by her children, Larry R. Sharlene Christensen, and Elaine Cliff Conlon; grandsons, Tony L. Joyce Christensen and Craig Christensen and great grandchildren Jade and Crystal Christensen, also her long time friend William Bill W. Means. Proceeded in death by her parents and Brother Wilson.

Graveside services under the direction of Russon Brothers Salt Lake Mortuary will be held on Wednesday, August 5th, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Manti City Cemetery.
